The PPP system is designed for simplicity and precision.

1. Mount the Foil: Mount the PPP-Foil just as you would a regular blanket.
   
2. Install the Base: Place the PPP-Base Set underneath the foil to compensate for cylinder undercut and tighten to specifications.
   
3. Apply the Tools: Adhere the self-adhesive tools (perforating rules, dies, etc.) directly onto the foil's integrated millimeter grid for perfect placement.
4. Protect the Cylinder: Apply the self-adhesive PPP-Protection Plate to the impression cylinder.
5. Set Pressure & Run: Back off the impression pressure slightly more than the paper thickness. After running a few test sheets, increase the pressure in small increments until a perfect result is achieved.

• PPP-Base Foil: This high-tech foil is the foundation of the system. Its integrated millimeter grid provides a clear view for precise tool placement directly in the press. Each foil is supplied ready for use, with specifications matched to your individual press and blanket bars.

• PPP-Base Set: Installed under the Base Foil, this set is custom-made for each press to guarantee perfect die-cutting and perforation results. The materials are selected for the correct hardness, and the components are supplied as a single unit to prevent slipping, even after repeated use.

The PPP system goes beyond standard finishing, allowing for high-value inline enhancements.

• Partial Ink Transfer: Save time and lower production costs by bringing complex ink work in-house. The system is perfect for applying specialty inks like aromatic, metallic, or scratch-off inks with precise control.
• Spot Coat Transfer: Eliminate the need for special templates or coating blankets. Using a self-adhesive blanket on the PPP-Foil, you can apply spot varnish or coatings quickly, with minimal downtime and no wear on your standard press blankets.

PPP is easy to operate. Just follow these steps:

• Simply mount the PPP-Foil as a regular blanket.
• Put the PPP-Base Set underneath the foil and tighten to the recommended specifications.
• Stick the self-adhesive tools (perf rules, dies or blanket) to the foil.
• Stick the self-adhesive PPP-Protection Plate to the impression cylinder.
• Back off the pressure at least 0.1 mm more than the paper thickness and run a few sheets through the press.
• Increase pressure by small increments until a perfect perforation is achieved.

The Base Foil is for use in machines with a single or double impression cylinder circumference.
